Bilingual Receptionist (English/French)
We are seeking a Receptionist for our Client's professional accounting firm in the Greater Sudbury area. This role is Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with end dates extended in the busy tax season to 5:30pm. In the summer months this client offers 30 hour work weeks to allow for additional time and provide a work life balance to employees. Applicants must be available to work on Saturdays in April to support the busy tax season and have impeccable attendance. The receptionist is a key function and member of our Client's team and as such is required to attend all scheduled shifts and represent the organization professionally.

Receptionist Primary Administrative Responsibilities - The duties of the role:
Answer, screen, take messages and forward incoming phone calls to appropriate colleagues
Ensure inquiries are answered or referred to the appropriate person
Greet clients and visitors
Distribute documents, mail, and courier packages
Process client payments
Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area
Book and manage meetings as required
Assemble financial documents and other reports/correspondence in accordance with Firm quality and document standards
Coordinate timely delivery of client work
Perform various clerical and administrative duties as requested
Requirements in order to succeed in this role:
Two or more years of experience in similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
Excellent communication skills and client service orientation
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Bilingualism in French/English is required
