310T Truck and Coach Mechanics - Surface Mine Site - Working on Charter Busses
Our Construction Client is hiring 310T Licensed Bus Mechanics to support their fleet in Dubreuilville Ontario.
We're looking for skilled 310T mechanics who are interested in working in a fast-paced mining work environment servicing the busses that shuttle all workers to and from the worksite. If you don’t reside in Dubreuilville then we can offer you a schedule that is best suited for your life – offering, regular Monday to Friday, or 7 days in/7 days out or a 14 days in/14 days out schedule.

Your Role:
Reporting directly to the owner of the bus line:
• You will work on ensuring the charter busses are maintained in good operating order and safe for transportation.
• You are responsible for evaluating and ensuring vehicle safety through preventative maintenance as required and all in compliance with all Ministry of Transportation (MTO) and Client’s guidelines.
• You will utilize parts from inventory and complete all repairs in a timely manner.
• You will be servicing vehicles in accordance with corporate policies and procedures and documenting records as outlined by our client’s policies.
• You will keep work environment clean and tidy – good housekeeping is key!
• You will complete required reports as directed (i.e. sign-off on driver-initiated repair logs and logbooks, and PM service logs by division).
Requirements
What you need to succeed:
• You possess a 310T license or at minimum are a 2nd/3rd year registered 310T apprentice with logbook to verify hours worked to date.
• You have ODP certification with A/C experience.
• You have experience and working knowledge of light-duty diesel repair, as well as gasoline.
• You have superior written and verbal communication skills and sound organizational competencies.
• You demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• You have excellent proven customer service experience.
• You have a valid G-class driving licence.
• You possess a clean driving record.
• You have a clean Criminal Record and can pass a drug/alcohol screening.
