^{Reporting to the Maintenance General Foreman, the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor is accountable for the supervision of trades personnel (HDEMs) so that targets are met or exceeded regarding safety and health, production, metallurgical and quality performance, operating economics, environmental compliance and productivity. This involves close communication and coordination with fellow reports, and relies heavily upon the incumbent providing leadership and technical expertise to subordinates.}

^Requirements

• Completion of a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or related trades certification.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Common Core Training for First line Supervisors is required (770121 and 770142 modules)
• Excellent leadership abilities, superb communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage a variety of functions simultaneously
• A degree in mechanical engineering or related field would be considered an asset.
